Pinnacles

From Perth we hurried north – towards hopefully warmer weather. The last two nights it was 2 degrees in the morning. About 3 hours drive up the coast is Nambug National Park with it’s pinnacles. They are not sure how they came to exist, apparently there are two theories but the info centre in the park didn’t seem 100% sold on either of them. Apparently they can both be proven wrong in the future. The pinnacles are pretty cool though, regardless of where they came from. And there are so many of them! I always thought it’s just few of them on a little sandy spot but it’s more like a miniature desert with thousands of them. There is a 3km drive through or you can walk as you wish amongst them – we did both.

Z Perthu uz spechame na sever za teplem. Posledni dve noci v noci mrzlo, rano byly asi dva stupne, tak je nacase popojet za lepsim pocasim. Asi tri hodiny cesty podel pobrezi na sever je narodni park Nambug. V nem se nachazi snad tisice kuzelu z kamene, o kterych si nikdo neni jisty, jak se tam vlastne dostali. Maji dve teorie, ale v mistnim infocentru si nebyli plne jisty ani jednou a udajne obe mozou byt v budoucnu vyvraceny. Nicmene at se kuzely vzaly kde se vzaly, vypadaji super. A je jich tam mraky. Je to takova minipoust, vede ji 3km okruh autem nebo se clovek muze courat jak chce. My udelali oboji.
